Expression Analysis

Our initial findings demonstrate successful expression of human POP2 in both bacterial and mammalian expression systems. The SDS-PAGE analysis confirms the presence of the target protein at the expected molecular weight of approximately 45 kDa.

Protein Concentration Analysis

We performed a standard curve analysis to determine the relationship between protein concentration and band intensity. This analysis allows us to accurately quantify the expression levels in different conditions.
